To protect the safety and quality of personal care products, Kindallcosmo does not offer returns for products that arrive safely and match the original order, even if the customer changes their mind or no longer wishes to keep the product after receiving it.

If an order has already been shipped and the customer refuses to receive it without any error on the part of the store or any defect in the product, the customer is fully responsible for the shipping cost.
